Sometimes you need something to help you feel calmer. Instead of reaching for your favourite comfort food or spending a fortune indulging in retail therapy, try using one or more of these oils instead. You can blend them or use them singly, diffuse them, or dilute them in a handy roller bottle to have on hand when you feel the need.
Just remember - different people need or prefer different oils, so if one doesn't do the trick, try the next one!
