60 Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 60 day Money Back Guarantee for the IonCleanse® Premier® and Solo® packages. We believe that most people will notice benefits from regular use of the IonCleanse® and we’d like to make it available to as many as possible.
To keep the purchase price down for everyone, we charge a restocking fee of $350 for returned units.
- You will need to contact us before the expiration of the 60 days to organise the return. We will arrange for a courier to pick up the unit from you. You will need to repackage the unit safely and print out the shipping label which needs to be attached to the box. If you are within Australia, the restocking fee includes cost of return shipping. If you are in New Zealand, you will be responsible for payment of any shipping costs and/or customs duties and taxes.
- The returned unit will need to be in full working order, or no refund will be issued. All parts that were included with the unit at the time of sale need to be returned and in good condition, for the guarantee to apply.
- We reserve the right to withhold the amount of any incurred Merchant Fees from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed via the same method you used to pay for the IonCleanse® originally.
- Any rewards points earned during the purchase of the IonCleanse® system will be deducted from your store account, or if the points have already been redeemed, the equivalent dollar value will be deducted from the refund amount.
- We reserve the right to refuse a 60 day return to customers who have previously bought and returned an IonCleanse® package.
- We reserve the right to vary the amount of the restocking fee at any time. The current fee will always be visible on our website. Your restocking fee will be the fee that was advertised at the time of purchase.
