FAQs and the Fine Print

How much is shipping?

Wouldn't it be great if you could shop online and not have to pay for shipping? Well, you can! If you spend $100 or more, we will pay the shipping for you (within Australia). If your order is less than that, you pay $9 for regular shipping, or $15 for Express Post. If you live in Bendigo, Victoria, then you can also choose Local Pickup and we will be in touch with you to deliver your order. For free of course!

Where do you ship to?

When we lived in a rural area that didn't have a mail service, we got pretty frustrated at not being able to have things delivered to PO Boxes. So we won't do that to you, because we know how annoying it is. If you want your order shipped to a PO Box or parcel locker, no problem! Street address? Happy to deliver! We will ship anywhere in Australia that someone can deliver it to. If you are outside Australia, please get in touch so we can work out a postage quote for you.

Do you give discounts?

Absolutely! We love discounts (who doesn't?) and we're all about giving you what you want, too. Sign up for our newsletter and you will get a 10% discount code emailed to you. Our rewards program offers you savings when you redeem your points. We also offer discounts when you buy 3 or more essential oils in one order. Plus, we have regular specials - check our newsletter, or follow us on social media to never miss out on a sale again!

What if I'd like to smell an oil first?

You know when you read a product description and you think, "that's exactly what I want", but when you get it, it's just not right? Yeah, we hate that too. Because you can't exactly smell an oil over the internet, we've made sample bottles available for sale. If you're just not sure if you'd like it or not - buy a sample bottle to try first! We love our sample bottles so much, we even give you a free one every time you place an order, so you can have a sniff of our latest and greatest.

What sort of packaging do you use?

We usually try to package your order into a cardboard box which you can then re-use or recycle. To minimise damage to your goodies, we fill any empty space with packing peanuts, which are fully biodegradable. They are compostable and water soluble so you don't have to worry about them polluting our landfill. We don't want your essential oils being broken in transit, so sometimes we do need to use bubble wrap (gasp) if it's the safest option. We also use those horrible plastic satchels when they fit your order better than a box does. If you don't want us to use any plastic, please leave a comment with your order and we will do the best we can.

What about your environmental impact?

We run our business from our home so we already have a much lower carbon footprint because we don't have to travel to work! We're a family business and don't have employees, and when we outsource, we use Australian online freelancers who generally work from their own homes. Where possible, we use Sendle courier services, as they are carbon neutral and support Australian as well as International projects. We also re-use packaging materials such as cardboard boxes to minimise the amount of landfill we create in our business.

I'm a frequent shopper, what can you do for me?

For those of you shopaholics out there, welcome to the club! We love getting something in return for spending our dollars somewhere, so we figured you would, too. When you make a purchase on our website, you will automatically be awarded points, which you can redeem off future purchases. Spend AND save!

How many points will I get?

Every $1 you spend (other than on shipping) will earn you 1 point. You can also earn more points by following us on social media, referring your friends, or even just because it's your birthday! To find out more about earning points, visit our Wellbeing Rewards Program page.

What can I do with my points?

You can exchange your points for Rewards Coupons, which give you free products or save you money on your order. You can get as many Rewards Coupons as you like, but you can only use one at a time.

How quickly can I get points?

You can earn enough points to redeem for your first Rewards Coupon, before you even place your first order with us! Check out the Rewards available and the number of points needed by clicking on the "Your Rewards" link in the menu.

How long do they last?

We've found that reward points don't last very long at all, because people just love to spend them! Seriously though, your points will not expire, they are yours for as long as you want them. Once you've redeemed points for a Rewards Coupon, you have 365 days to spend it.

I haven't received my item. What can I do?

We promise to ship your order within 3 business days - usually a lot quicker. Some products may require extra lead time, which we will tell you about on the product page. We will email you a tracking number once we have processed your order. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive and make sure to check the tracking details. If it seems to have disappeared from the tracking system, or says you have received it when you haven't, please get in touch with us so we can chase it up for you. When you do get your goodies, we'd love to hear how you like them!

It's broken, what do I do?

If your essential oil arrived with a bit of a leak, or your diffuser isn't working (or anything else is not working the way it is supposed to), then please get in touch with us. Let us know within 14 days from when you get it, and we will organise a replacement for you. Diffusers have a 1 year warranty, so if your diffuser gives up within that time, we can help with that, too. Some of our products (like the IonCleanse® systems) have specific Warranty information, so check their product pages for more fine print.

I really don't like what I bought, can I send it back?

Don't like the colour? Got two as a present and you only need one? If you've bought something from us and you really don't want it, get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do. We will take it back if it is within 30 days from when you bought it, and it is unopened, unused and not damaged. Anything sold as a Clearance item cannot be returned (and it was so cheap anyway, why would you want to return it?). We do ask that you pay for the cost of shipping if you're returning it for any reason other than it being broken.

Who gets to see my personal information?

Your privacy is important to us, and we will never release your details to third parties, unless they need it to get your order to you (it's a bit tricky to deliver your order unless we give the courier your address). Our site uses Cookies, which will track you everywhere you go on the internet. If you're like us and don't like being stalked, we suggest you have a look at https://duckduckgo.com/.

Are my bank details secure?

We do not have access to, nor do we store your payment details. This helps keep your financial information safe, and is also the reason why we do not accept payment details over the phone. If you'd prefer not to enter payment details on our website, you can choose bank transfer and use your own online banking system to make payment.

Why do I need a password for my account?

When registering an account with our website, you will need to choose a password that will protect the security of your account information. You are responsible for any purchases made through your account, even if your kids hack into your account and buy you a present! Please ensure you do not share your password with others, and remember to logout after you have finished shopping with us. If you were wanting to leave a hint for someone to buy you a present, we suggest you make use of our Wishlist features!

I don't want to get spammed

Neither do we! If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the Unsubscribe button provided in each newsletter. We totally understand that sometimes emails can get a bit much (or provide too much of a temptation to go shopping)! You can always re-subscribe at any time. Please?
