Returns

We may provide a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The item needs to be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging. Contact us in the first instance to discuss return of the product. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will notify you and organise a refund / exchange where applicable. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method as originally used to purchase the item.
Items sold as Clearance items cannot be refunded for change of mind purchases. You will be responsible for payment of shipping costs for return of items, and for any returned items that have been lost in transit.

Damaged goods

If your product arrives damaged, you need to notify us within 14 days of receipt. Items with a warranty, such as diffusers or IonCleanse systems, will state their warranty details on the product page.

Reward Points and Returns

Any Rewards Points earned during a purchase, will be reversed upon return of the product. If the points are not available in the your Reward Points balance, then we will deduct the equivalent dollar value of the relevant points, from the total refund amount of the returned purchase.

IonCleanse® Premier® and Solo® Packages

We accept returns of the IonCleanse® Premier® and Solo® packages up to 60 days after the date of receipt of the package. You are responsible for payment of the return shipping cost if you wish to return it. At our discretion, the cost of replacing any used, damaged or missing components may be deducted from the return amount due. We reserve the right to withhold the amount of any Merchant Fees from the refund amount. Any rewards points earned during the purchase of the IonCleanse® system will be deducted from your store account, or if the points have already been redeemed, the equivalent dollar value will be deducted from the refund amount.
